My Travel Route Plans
After experiencing Bangkok tourism to some extent, I was getting to want to visit other local cities in Thailand. Making a plan about where to go on a limited schedule is getting to be one of the pleasures of a travel. The following are travel route plans that I have designed and executed.
Transportation
In order to make the journey proceed smoothly, it is essential to know the information of local transportation. The spread of internet applications made it easier to collect information in Bangkok, but there are still some uncertainties in local areas.
Airplane
There are two airports in the capital Bangkok, as well as airports in major regional cities. It's convenient because you can travel long distances in a short time, but depending on the flight schedule, other transportation may be better.
State Railway of Thailand
It's the transportation that gives me the most travel feeling. The view of the car window scenery has become one of the purposes of travel. Clear destinations and schedules make it easy to plan travel plans. However, it is delayed quite often. One of my goals is to visit the all railway terminal station.
Bus
There are many bus routes starting from Bangkok, so it is a valuable way to get to the local cities. Basically, it is written in English, so it is easy for foreign travelers to use. In local cities with bus terminals, there are buses that bound for there. It is convenient because there is no transfer. However, need to sit in a tight seat for a long time.
Minivan
It is a transportation method mainly used by residents. Since it is a wider route network than bus routes, it is more convenient than large buses if it can be used well. However, since most of them are written in Thai, it is a method for advanced users. Near the destination you can get off at any desired point.
Ferry
It's a must-have transport to get to Thailand's many beautiful islands. There are also routes between Pattaya and Hua Hin.
