It is a product of about 100B sold at stalls and markets.  Of course, it is not Thai silk. It can't be bought at such a low price.
However, depending on the design, it will be a good Thai souvenir.  One point to note.  Spread out it should be necessary before purchasing.  Only the visible part of the folded product is vivid, and the inside may be sober.
